Your life insurance coverage benefits are payable after a Waiting Period of 6 months. During this Waiting Period, benefits are provided for Accidental Death only when death is due to accidental causes. After 6 months of continuous active membership, benefits are provided based on your attained age as reflected in the benefit tiers shown above. Spousal benefits are 50% of the Primary Member’s term life insurance benefit, subject to the waiting period and attained age benefit tiers shown above. Child benefits are 25% of the Primary Member’s term life insurance benefit.
